3WM was created in 2013 and started the first hospital transcription service for a US based Hospital and grew quickly from its base to add 6 more hospital clients during the first year of its operation. The company started sales and customer support office in Dyer, IN, US. in 2018, the company started providing medical transcription services to Radiology Centers in Canada and became the first company to cater to Canadian Radiology centres.
3WM Techno Solutions LLC started its medical billing services for an US Medical Insurance Company. 3WM TS LLC is now one of the leading provider of healthcare outsourcing services, continuing to provide back office support and solutions, ranging from online patient management support to transcription, medical billing, and medical coding.

CEO (US) and Co-Founder
An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare documentation and verticals. Kishan is the Co-Founder and CEO of 3WM Techno Solutions LLC and looks after the operations in United States. Kishan is a Resident of United States and resides in Dyer, Indiana.
He has worked at various levels in the medical transcription industry in India and in the United States.
Anil Appu
Co-founder and IT Head
Anil brings in an experience in healthcare IT, marketing, and business development of more than 20 years. Anil is Co-Founder and currently looking after the IT and Marketing for 3WM Techno Solutions LLC. Anil has both international and domestic experience.
Anil has worked at various levels in the medical transcription, banking, and IT industry.

Debashish brings in vast experience, working at various levels in healthcare documentation field. He is a proven administrator. Debashish is a co-founder and currently looks after the in-house production team and human resource for 3WM Techno Solutions LLC.
